Refund and Returns Policy

At WOOTOPIC, we strive for customer satisfaction and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy.

1. RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags. Please note the following:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
  • Items that have been worn, used, or damaged cannot be returned.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless defective.

2. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To return an item, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@wootopic.click to request a return authorization number (RAN).
  2. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the item to the following address:

  4. Include a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation with the return.

3. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@wootopic.click. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you. If the item is deemed defective, we will issue a full refund.

5. EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process above. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you.

6. EXCEPTIONS

Certain products, such as perishable goods or clearance items, may not be eligible for return or exchange. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
